What if a garment I buy is the wrong size?
As long as the garment is in original, resalable condition with all tags attached and returned within 14 days you are able to exchange it for another size (if it is available) or be refunded in store credit. Postage is at your cost.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes you can. Provided it is returned within 14 days, with all swing tags attached and in resalable condition. Postage is at your cost.
Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately, no. Once sale items are purchased the sale becomes final and returns/exchanges are not excepted.
How can I return any items?
Please send us a message with the items you would like to return and a reason why. We will then send you a return address if it is accepted. Emails can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens if my items are faulty?
Please send us an email at email@example.com We will endeavour to respond to your email as soon as possible to resolve this. All faulty items will need to sent to us. We will either repair the item(s) and send it back to you, exchange it for another item or refund you in full. All postage costs of faulty items are at our expense.
